Applications for Teamwork

Teamwork

When people deal with each other, they use three key approaches: conversations, transactions, and collaborations.

If you care to make the right choice selecting your software technology, you have to understand the differences that are significant between those interactions.

Conversational interaction is an exchange of ideas and transactional interaction is an exchange of a transaction substance between two or more people involeved, while an interaction of collaboration is meant for a change of a collaboration entity, for example: reaching a shared goal.

Interactions of collaboration are dealt with in such a way that the primary purpose of those involved is to introduce changes into the collaboration substance from what used to be unfixed and immaterial, for instance, an idea, into a useful solution, for example a design solution.
